Complete Chamfered Base Staunton Chess…Complete Chamfered Base Staunton Chess Set – Bud Rosewood Pieces with Chessboard and Storage Box

The chamfered, beveled bases of this classic Staunton design give the pieces a light, almost floating look on the board. Triple weighted in the traditional way, the set offers a satisfying, steady feel for regular club play, and the warm bud rosewood against antiqued boxwood adds an heirloom character that collectors appreciate. With a matching board and a wooden storage box, it is a complete, ready-to-play set that also makes a thoughtful gift.
